Trim tabs question

I'm thinking about fitting trim tabs to my Adventure 208 to improve the ride, but the problem is that I read people complaining about water spray in all the places it shouldn't happen. Is this due to poor instalation or it's common?

Most of that spray issue comes from bad installs...wrong angle, wrong size, or mounted too low, but truth is, some hulls just don't play nice with tabs no matter what

Yeah, that kind of spray usually boils down to installation quirks more than anything else. Adjustable models or ones with built-in deflectors can help a lot.

Trim tabs can totally transform your ride but if you're getting spray in weird spots, chances are someone installed them like they were hanging a picture, not fitting a boat. It's not the tabs, it's the hands.
